We hope you adore your new Maks & Me candle. 

Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded nor for a change of mind. 

We stand by all our candles. 

However, if you find there is an issue with your candle we invite you to get in touch with us at info@maksandme.com.

 

Damaged Items

Maks & Me Candles will happily replace damaged products during shipment if photographic proof is provided within 7 days at our discretion.
